The standard check in time is at 2:00PM and the checkout time is at 11:00 AM at all properties.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and are chargeable as well.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per company regulations –
If the check in date is less than 15 days away the booking is non-refundable and no refund will be applicable.
If the check in date is within 15 to 30 days 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty and the remaining amount will be refunded back.
If the check in date is 30 days away 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty and the remaining amount will be refunded back.
Refunds & credit notes
No refund will be applicable for peak dates of the season.
For payments made in international currencies, the refund amount is subject to the prevailing exchange rate when processing.
Refunds and credit notes are applicable only if 100% of the payment is received as per the booking policy. No refund or credit note will be applicable in case of partial payments.
The full security deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation for any reason or if a guest cannot check-in.
