The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per company regulations -

If the check in date is less than 15 days away the booking is non-refundable and no refund will be applicable.

If the check in date is within 15 to 30 days 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty and the remaining amount will be refunded back.

If the check in date is 30 days away 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty and the remaining amount will be refunded back.

Refunds & credit notes

No refund will be applicable for peak dates of the season.

For payments made in international currencies, the refund amount is subject to the prevailing exchange rate when processing.

Refunds and credit notes are applicable only if 100% of the payment is received as per the booking policy. No refund or credit note will be applicable in case of partial payments.

The full security deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation for any reason or if a guest cannot check-in.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out time is 11am.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for either an early check in or late check out.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and are chargeable as well.

Loud music and Quiet Hours:

• Playing music on the terrace/balconies or by the poolside is allowed up to 10PM, post that the music can be played indoors at a controlled volume.
• Since this is a residential society, the quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.

No Smoking:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• You can smoke in the allotted smoking areas outside the villa. There will be a fine of Rs 10,000 if this rule is violated.

Guest Limit:

• The occupancy is as per the booking details shared in the confirmation email.
• Please inform us in advance if there will be any additional guests.
• Extra bedding can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2,000 +gst.
• If the additional guests exceed the guest capacity we will not be able to accommodate them in the villa even with the extra bedding.

Respect for the property:

• Any damages, breakages, pool contamination or damages to the linen will be deducted from the security deposit.
• We request all pet owners to kindly avoid allowing your pets to enter the pool and on the beds/furniture. Please pick up after your pets if they are in the common area.

Kitchen Courtesy:

• The guests can use the kitchen at their convenience.
• Since the villa is located in an area with a lot of foliage, we are prone to critters and insects. We request all guests to please keep the kitchen clean after usage.

Garbage Disposal:

• Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins provided.
• There are bins in the common areas as well.

Security Measures:

• Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa.
• A safe locker is available for your valuable belongings.
